Notice B:  Twist-to-Lock function can’t be adopt to a double-cylinder set, so if one of your door needs a double-cylinder set but keyed alike with AIsecure Twist-to-Lock  cylinder, you will need to buy from us the combo sku which includes ordinary cylinder sets keyed alike with AIsecure Twist-to-Lock cylinder（VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: please read the keyed alike combo picture carefully）；

1:  Twist-to-Lock without a key,can I twist to unlock without key?

Twist to lock without any keys, you can twist to unlock from inside of the door,but if unlock from outside it always requires a key.

2: Can I buy an other brand cylinder to replace AIsecure’s ?

No, AIsecureTwist-to-Lock was uniquely designed to achieve Twist-to-Lock function, so the cylinder can’t be replaced because the cylinder was designed as a part of  Twist-to-Lock assembly , if you need cylinders keyed alike please choose the keyed alike combo from our webstore(easilok.com)or leave us message.

3: Can the AIsecure Twist-to-Lock cylinder used with my current  mortiseon the door ? 

No,AIsecure Twist-to-Lock cylinder only fitsfor AIsecure mortise.

4: Can I use my current cylinders on my doorto fit for your mortise?

No,both the cylinder and mortise of AIsecure are unique design, they can’t be used with other brand ordinary cylinder or mortise like the ones you are using.

5：Do you have double-cylinder lock of your twist-to-lock?

No,we don’t have yet, Twist-to-Lock function can’t be adopt to a double-cylinder set.

6: If I want to use your Twist-to-Lock but keyed alike with my double-cylinder lock ,how can I do?

If you want one of your door installed a double-cylinder set but keyed alike with AIsecure Twist-to-Lock cylinder, you will need to buy from our store other AIsecure cylinder combo which include an ordinary cylinder set keyed alike with AIsecure Twist-to-Lock cylinder (VERY VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: please read the picture bellow for details). 

7：if one of my door’s backset is 1.1/8" (29mm) the other is 31/32"(25mm), but I want the two locks keyed alike, do you have this combo?

8:  If I don’t have a key, can I unlock the lock ?

 No, the only way to unlock the AIsecure storefront door lock(from outside) is using a key or asking a locksmith.Well,if you are inside the door you can just twist the interior knob to unlock the door.

9: Will the knob get stuck?

 No. The AIsecure storefront lock is made of zinc alloy and the best bearing inside to ensure the knob works smoothly forever.

10: If I have installed one of AIsecure lock but I want to order another lock which can be unlocked by the same key I had. How can I buy additional locks that will be compatible with my existing locks?

You have to send us back one of your keys. We will custom-made cylinder and keys based on the key you sent us.

11: I don’t know if my door is left or right throw. What if I can’t install it? How can I do?

Our locks can be installed in both left and right throw directions by just turning over the spindle communicator when you install it, please watch the installation video carefully before installation.

12: Have you passed UL certificate ?

Not yet , but we are working on it.

The lifetime of the spring is up to 150,000 times. We choose Japan best piano steel wire and All materials and related function has been reached the UL standard 3 and we are trying to make our products meet higher standard. In the same time, we are preparing to apply for the UL certificate with higher standard in once.

14: Is this lock harder to pick?

 The same as Schlage standard lock.
